PROCESS QUANTITIES IN GLASSHOUSE AND EXCEL
With all specialist and sectioned models gathered, quantities, components and data can be collectively processed in the Glasshouse journal.
If you prefer, the quantities and data can be exported to Excel.
When processing is done, Glasshouse automatically pushes the revised data back to the individual models.
This creates transparecy across the entire construction project.
SPECIALIST MODELS
A consistent and single tenderlist strenghen the tender material. It is, however, a cumbersome process if quantities has to be assessed individually and manually for each specialist model.
Glasshouse collects quantities, components and properties across e.g. constuction, architecture, plumbing and electricity models in a single overview including all specialist models.
Seeing quantities and components across disciplines enables identification of interfaces between disciplines. This e.g. allows the electricity engineer to provide input for the PV system.
SECTIONED MODELS
By pulling data from all sectioned models (e.g. the building’s east and west wings), Glasshouse provides an overview within each specialist discipline.
Quantities within each discipline suddenly become manageable and different objects used for the same component can be identified.
